DESCRIPTION

Philip Morris International offices is a project of comprehensive renovation, which was conceived under an approach focused on the welfare of employees. With the main aim of improving the work experience, we provided spaces that respond to the needs of the modern employment: telephone booths for privacy, inclusive maternity wards, versatile meeting rooms, and common areas for entertainment and sharing.

One of the design's highlights is the integration of rooms dedicated to the main Coltabaco sub-brands , such as IQOS, Marlboro and others, creating unique environments that reflect the identity and vision of each, while strengthening the sense of brand belonging and pride.

This remodelling is a sample of architecture as a tool to transform organizational culture, putting the human being at the center and building spaces that inspire, connect and project.
